★啟動(dòng)前**先檢查旋轉部分與料筒是否有刮碰現象，應及時(shí)調整。
★減速箱應注入機油后方能使用，卸料蝸輪會(huì )及滑動(dòng)軸承處注入機油。

★將試驗的碎石料和鋼球裝入筒內，密封蓋好，擰緊螺釘，開(kāi)動(dòng)儀器轉動(dòng)500轉或1000轉后自動(dòng)停止。此時(shí)出料口在中上位置，便于打開(kāi)密封蓋，打開(kāi)蓋后，按點(diǎn)動(dòng)鍵，使出料口轉向下方，松開(kāi)按鍵試筒停止，取出試件。
★用直徑2mm圓孔篩或邊長(cháng)1.7mm方孔篩，篩去試樣中的石屑，用水沖洗留在篩上的碎石，烘干、恒重，準確稱(chēng)出重量。
